Since all press-on sets are handmade and custom to that order, please allow 7-14 days for the nails to be made and shipped out. Orders are usually shipped within 10 business days. Press-on nail orders awaiting sizing kits are processed after we receive your sizing kit via your scan.

We offer a sizing kit that comes free with the purchase of press-on nails when the “size unknown” option is selected when you place your order. Your size will be stored for future orders. Sizing kits are sent out 1-3 days after the order is placed.

Sizing guide- (If your nails are in between sizes, choose the size up since nails can be reshaped)

· XS: 4,8,7,8,9

· S: 3,7,6,7,9

· M: 2,6,5,6,8

· L: 1,5,4,5,8

· XL: 0,4,3,4,7

If instructions for nail prep are followed, sets used with the adhesive tabs can last 1-5 days, and sets used with glue can last up to 2 weeks. Press-on nails are not meant to be soaked in water for long periods of time unless for removal.

The kit includes a file, alcohol, buffer, cuticle stick, and your choice of either adhesive tabs or glue. Instructions for application and removal are also included or you can watch my how-to videos.

Yes! It is easy to create an account to view past orders and make checking out fast and easy. Simply click account in the top banner of Marissa’s Nail Room website, then create a new account or log in if you already have an account.

All sales are final. Since all press-on nail sets are handmade to that order and cannot be used for another client, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted. Please be sure to measure your nails correctly as Marissa’s Nail Room will not be responsible for incorrect nail measurements. If the product is delivered defective or damaged, please contact Marissa’s Nail Room within 24 hours of delivery. Nails must not have been worn or applied.

Marissa’s Nail Room will gladly accept any cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will need to check with your credit card company regarding their processing times. To cancel within 24 hours of purchase please contact me.

If there is an error in your shipping information, please contact me immediately. We are not responsible for any late or lost parcels. After your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Any shipping inquiries you have will need to be brought to the shipping company’s attention.
